Conceived by Chickpea Hospitality in collaboration with Oxford Capital Group and Hunter Pasteur, this full-service restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, accentuating regional flavors with a robust beverage selection. With space for 93 patrons in its inviting dining area and bar, along with an additional 38 seats on the ground floor terrace, Hamilton’s promises to become a cherished destination in Corktown, catering to both neighborhood residents and hotel visitors.
