PartnerBrett Yuhasz is the Vice President of Construction for Hunter Pasteur, a leading real estate developer of single family and multifamily properties in metro Detroit. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design & construction process, from master planning, comprehensive design and engineering, pre-construction planning to project completion. Brett is passionate about building high-quality, sustainable communities. He is committed to working with his team to create developments that meet the needs of residents and investors alike.
Prior to joining Hunter Pasteur, Brett spent 5 years working as a project manager and director for Bedrock Detroit. During that time, he completed over 50 development projects, comprised of over 1.6 million gross square feet valued at over $360 million. These projects included comprehensive core and shell renovations, façade and structural rehabilitation, historical restoration, retail, office, residential and hospitality projects. Most notably, Yuhasz was the project manager and oversaw construction for the Shinola Hotel development along Woodward Avenue in Detroit.
Brett has received several recognitions for his accomplishments including being named one of DBusiness magazine’s “30 in their Thirties”. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute of Michigan and was a part of the Larson Center for Leadership Cohort 2018.
Outside of business, Brett’s greatest passion is his growing family and friends. Northern Michigan holds a special place in his heart, as he frequently spends time in the Petoskey and Charlevoix areas throughout the year golfing, boating and enjoying the tranquility and beauty of the area.
